Expander 14.0.1 December 2009 is the highest version for use on Tiger. This first download has both Expanders 13.0.3 and 14.0.1 the highest 13.x & 14.x respectively, here outside of their installers for convenience. Their massive pdf instructional files included.
13 and 14 are presented joined here because 14 does not launch initially until you first launch 13 even if you don't want to utilize 13. Running 13 first is a way to bypass registration unique to 14, running 13 creates permission certificate(s) for 14, and then you may discard 13 after having run it just once.
